The ideal candidate should have a passion for nail care and hand-foot aesthetics combined with excellent hygiene practices and a client-friendly attitude.Key Responsibilities:Perform a full range of nail services including: Classic and spa manicures & pedicures Gel polish application Nail shaping buffing and cuticle care Callus treatment and exfoliation Hand and foot massage during treatmentsOptional Skills: Nail art and basic polish designs Gel/acrylic nail extensionsMaintain a clean sanitized and organized work area.Recommend nail care routines and retail products suited to clients needs.Ensure timely appointments and smooth client flow in coordination with reception.Build lasting client relationships through consistent service and a welcoming attitude.Stay updated with trends and nail techniques (training may be provided).Preferred Additional Skills: Basic hairstyling (blow-dry ironing simple hairdos) Basic facials and skincare services Threading and waxing (upper lip eyebrow etc.) Assist with bookings walk-ins and reception tasks Suggest upgrades or packages (upsell services & products) Cooperative with other team members and salon tasksClient Interaction & Professionalism: Well-groomed polite and calm under pressure Strong communication skills and fluency in English (Arabic is a plus) Handles client feedback gracefully and professionally Maintains salon standards of customer service and appearanceRequirementsRequirements:Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in manicure & pedicure (UAE experience preferred)Certification or formal training in nail care/beauty therapyStrong understanding of hygiene & sterilization protocolsCurrently in UAE or ready to relocate with proper documentationBenefitsBenefitsSalary: AED1800 - 2500 Additional Benefits Includes: Commission and client tips Visa Paid leave and public holidays Training and product discountsAbout UsAt REAPHR we are more than a recruitment consultancy we are your strategic partner in talent and transformation.
