Job OverviewThe Manicure & Pedicure Specialist is responsible for delivering high-end nail care and grooming services to VVIP and high-profile guests within a luxury hospitality environment. The role requires exceptional attention to hygiene, discretion, personalization, and service excellence aligned with Salayel Hospitality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide professional manicure and pedicure services, including classic, gel, spa, and therapeutic treatmentsPerform nail shaping, cuticle care, exfoliation, massage, and polish applicationMaintain strict hygiene and sterilization standards in compliance with UAE health regulationsEnsure all tools and equipment are sanitized before and after each serviceOffer personalized recommendations for nail care and treatmentsMaintain a calm, relaxing, and luxury guest experienceEnsure privacy and confidentiality of VVIP and high-profile guestsMonitor product usage and maintain inventory levelsKeep workstation clean, organized, and aligned with luxury presentation standardsStay updated with latest nail care trends, techniques, and productsCandidate RequirementsMinimum 2–3 years of experience as a Manicure & Pedicure Technician in luxury spa, hotel, or wellness centerRecognized beauty therapy or nail technician certificationKnowledge of gel polish, nail art, spa treatments, and hand/foot massage techniquesStrong understanding of hygiene and sterilization proceduresExcellent grooming and professional presentationStrong communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)Experience handling VIP/VVIP guests preferredCalm personality with high level of discretion and confidentialitySkills & CompetenciesAttention to detailGuest-focused mindsetProfessional etiquetteHygiene and safety awarenessAbility to work in a luxury healthcare environmentTeam-oriented and adaptable#J-18808-Ljbffr
