Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager of Operations to join our team in El-Ain, Egypt. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company and ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivityOversee budget planning and monitor expenses to ensure financial targets are metManage a team of employees, including hiring, training, and performance evaluationsCollaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve communicationMonitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goodsIdentify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize operationsEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulationsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fieldMinimum of 3 years experience in a managerial role, preferably in operations or logisticsStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectivelyProven track record of implementing process improvements that have positively impacted business operationsExcellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions under pressureKnowledge of budget planning and financial management principlesFluent in Arabic with basic English proficiencyThis is a contract position with a salary of $1500 per month.
