Your role includes reviewing and negotiating contract terms, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and monitoring contract performance. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure contracts are accurately drafted and executed in a timely manner. You will maintain accurate records of all contracts and advise management on potential risks or issues.
