JOB TITLEManager, Treasury - Funding & Investor Relations | Holding | FinanceROLE SUMMARYThe Manager, Treasury – Funding & Investor Relations identifies and analyzes funding needs across Group companies and arranges appropriate financing solutions at Group and Operating Company levels. The role supports capital markets programmes and debt issuances, prepares investor and rating agency materials, manages lender and listing compliance reporting, and coordinates with banks and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate treasury and capital markets deliverables.ROLE PROFILEAnalyze funding requirements based on business plans and propose appropriate financing solutions at Group and Operating Company levelsStructure and negotiate credit facilities with banks in coordination with Legal and relevant stakeholdersSupport capital markets programme updates, debt issuances, and related funding initiativesPrepare and update investor presentations, rating agency materials, and financial communicationsManage ongoing relationships with lenders and credit rating agencies, including quarterly and annual reportingEnsure timely preparation and submission of compliance certificates, financial statements, and regulatory disclosuresCoordinate with Corporate Communications on financial results announcements, press releases, and annual reportsContribute to treasury policies, procedures, governance updates, and ESG‑aligned funding initiativesREQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline; ACT (Association of Corporate Treasurers) certification strongly preferred3–5 years of relevant experience in Corporate Treasury, Debt Advisory, Capital Markets, or a similar finance functionStrong understanding of funding structures, credit facilities, capital markets programmes, and lender compliance requirementsProven analytical skills with the ability to assess funding needs, interpret financial data, and manage covenant reportingStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with banks, rating agencies, and internal teamsSelf‑motivated, detail‑oriented professional with strong project management capability and ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural environmentWHAT WE OFFERAt Majid Al Futtaim, we’re on a mission to create great moments, to spread happiness, to build experiences that stay in our memories for a lifetime.
