The opportunityCapital Markets provides assurance services to clients who are developing and executing transformational strategies, such as launching an initial public offering (IPO) or planning to issue debt securities either in local markets and overseas. We provide regulatory and reporting support and advice across all jurisdictions in international capital markets. We are looking for a Manager to join the team to oversee capital markets clients and engagements in the MENA region.This is a high-profile role working with some of our most interesting clients and offers an exciting opportunity to significantly enhance your career. We are seeking CPA/CA/ACCA qualified accountants with significant audit or accounting advisory experience. This role will be based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates and the candidate will support client engagements in the MENA region. This will have a huge impact on those around you and help promote a positive work ethic.To qualify for the role, you must haveMinimum 5+ years of experience working with a consulting firm, in an audit or accounting advisory domainExperienced in conducting audits (PCAOB audit experience is a preference)CPA/CA/ACCA certificationExtensive knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP will be an added advantageExperience in providing services to clients undertaking capital raiseStrong management skills to lead teams, delegate appropriately, mentor, review performance and counsel employeesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsFlexibility and willingness to travel on short notice, as necessaryWhat we look forYou will possess extensive knowledge and experience working on audits, including internal controls, capital raising and with complex accounting matters.
