<div><p>Number of Openings: 1</p><h3>Short Description (Role Purpose)</h3><p>The role is responsible for overseeing and optimizing end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations, including vendor governance, warehouse management, inventory control, demand planning and logistics coordination. The role ensures efficient, compliant, and cost-effective supply chain operations while supporting business continuity, service quality, and strategic growth objectives.</p><h3>Job Accountabilities&Activities</h3><p><b>Supply Chain&Vendor Governance</b></p><ul><li>Establish and manage a standardized vendor onboarding, evaluation, and compliance framework.</li><li>Ensure vendor registration, documentation, and approvals comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Conduct due diligence, background checks, and compliance validation for all new and existing vendors.</li><li>Monitor and evaluate vendor performance using predefined KPIs (quality, delivery timelines, service levels, compliance).</li><li>Lead periodic vendor audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented.</li></ul><p><b>Warehouse&Inventory Management</b></p><ul><li>Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, put‑away, storage, picking, dispatching, and documentation.</li><li>Ensure proper organization, labeling, and layout of warehouse areas for efficient product identification and movement.</li><li>Implement and enforce warehouse safety standards and procedures.</li><li>Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliations, and system controls.</li><li>Optimize inventory levels to balance service requirements and working capital efficiency.</li></ul><p><b>Logistics&Distribution</b></p><ul><li>Oversee freight forwarding coordination, ensuring timely receipt, customs clearance, and accurate documentation for inbound and outbound shipments.</li><li>Ensure compliance with customs, trade, and transportation regulations.</li><li>Monitor logistics costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization and service improvement.</li></ul><p><b>Performance and Governance</b></p><ul><li>Define and track KPIs for supply chain, logistics, warehouse operations, and vendor performance.</li><li>Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards for management review.</li><li>Identify operational risks and implement corrective and preventive actions.</li></ul><p><b>Leadership and Development</b></p><ul><li>Lead, coach, and develop supply chain, logistics, and warehouse teams.</li><li>Conduct training sessions on safety, operational procedures, and compliance standards.</li><li>Ensure alignment with company objectives and support change management during process transitions.</li></ul><h3>Education&Certifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Professional certifications (CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent) preferred.</li></ul><h3>Required Years of Experience</h3><p>Minimum 8 years of experience in supply chain, vendor management, or operations management.</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
