<div><h3>About the Role</h3><p>As the<b>Manager - Supply Chain Excellence</b>, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing end-to-end supply chain performance. Your mission is to enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and lead strategic initiatives that elevate operational standards across Procurement, MRP, Demand Planning, Raw&Pack, and Agri/Protein Operations.</p><p>You will act as a catalyst for innovation, digital transformation, and data-driven decision-making—bringing best practices that align with business goals and sustainable growth.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li><b>Cross-Functional Collaboration</b><ul><li>Serve as the bridge between<b>Procurement, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and MRP</b>teams.</li><li>Identify workflow gaps and implement solutions for stronger alignment and accountability.</li><li>Lead regular coordination sessions focused on accuracy, inventory health, and service performance.</li></ul></li><li><b>Process Excellence&Continuous Improvement</b><ul><li>Lead<b>process mapping, optimization, and standardization</b>initiatives.</li><li>Deploy<b>Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen</b>methodologies to eliminate waste and boost productivity.</li><li>Define, develop, and track KPIs tied to efficiency and cost reduction.</li></ul></li><li><b>Data-Driven Insights</b><ul><li>Analyze supply chain data to uncover trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.</li><li>Develop performance dashboards and reporting tools to support decision-making.</li><li>Recommend strategic improvements based on solid analytics.</li></ul></li><li><b>Systems&Digital Transformation</b><ul><li>Work with IT and system owners to enhance<b>ERP, IBP, WMS</b>, and other digital tools.</li><li>Drive automation and digital transformation of supply chain processes.</li><li>Ensure seamless integration across planning and execution systems.</li></ul></li><li><b>Dashboarding&Performance Visibility</b><ul><li>Build and maintain real-time analytics dashboards (<b>Power BI, SAC</b>, etc.).</li><li>Promote data literacy by training teams on dashboard interpretation.</li></ul></li><li><b>Strategic Projects</b><ul><li>Lead high-impact projects focused on operational excellence, cost optimization, and performance enhancement.</li><li>Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable improvements.</li></ul></li></ul><h3>What We’re Looking For</h3><h3>Education</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.</li><li>Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.</li></ul><h3>Experience</h3><ul><li>Minimum<b>5+ years</b>in supply chain or logistics roles.</li><li>At least<b>2 years</b>of experience in<b>continuous improvement or operational excellence</b>.</li><li>Certifications like<b>Lean, Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), and CSCP</b>preferred.</li><li>Strong analytical and data visualization skills.</li><li>Proficiency in<b>process optimization</b>, Lean methodologies, and workflow enhancement.</li><li>Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and BI tools.</li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and change management skills.</li><li>Ability to drive collaboration across multiple teams.</li></ul><h3>Company</h3><p>NADEC Foods</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
