Primary Purpose of the JobManage the development of the suppliers to establish an effiective eco-system to meet the supply chain requirements of the Engery sector and supprot State's economic diversification objectivesRequired Experience and SkillsMinimum 15 years professional experience in with 10 years managerial experience in supply chainExperience in supplier development with exposure to Small and Medium EnterprisesExperience in successfully developing and executing supply chain localization programs.Proven ability to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.Strong leadership, planning, coordination, decision making, relationship and influencing skills.Ability to think strategically and balance diverse objectives and expectations.Experience in business development/supply chain in automotive/electronics sector highly desirable.Experience in working in large multi-national companies would be an advantage.Educational QualificationsUniversity Degree in Engineering/ Supply Chain/Science.#J-18808-Ljbffr
