Manager – Regional Distribution Center

As the Manager – Regional Distribution Centers, you will lead the performance, strategy execution, and continuous improvement of our Distribution Center. You’ll play a key role in building an agile, efficient, and cost‑effective supply chain that delivers on our mission and customer expectations.This role is ideal for someone with strong multi‑site warehouse management experience, proven leadership capabilities, and a passion for operational excellence.What You Will DoOperational & Strategic LeadershipExecute annual DC business plans aligned with company strategy.Translate strategic objectives into operational plans across all regions.Drive productivity, efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.Warehouse & Logistics ManagementLead SAP integration for all warehouse logistics operations.Ensure compliance with government platforms and regulatory storage standards.Oversee inventory levels, stock health, and distribution continuity.Optimize goods movement, loading operations, and transportation safety.Performance & Process ImprovementMonitor and analyze operational KPIs (stock days, productivity, cycle time).Identify bottlenecks and lead corrective actions.Ensure accurate tracking of product codes, production counts, and expiry dates.Compliance & GovernanceEnforce adherence to corporate policies, internal controls, and legal requirements.Support audits, training, and governance initiatives.Lead and develop DC supervisors and operational teams.Set clear KPIs, conduct appraisals, and build a culture of accountability.Promote engagement, teamwork, and capability-building across all sites.EducationBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field.Experience5–7 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain operations.Strong background in multi-site DC management.Experience with SAP logistics modules (WM/EWM) is a strong advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
