Manager – Regional Distribution Center

<div><p>As the<b>Manager – Regional Distribution Centers</b>, you will lead the performance, strategy execution, and continuous improvement of our Distribution Center. You’ll play a key role in building an agile, efficient, and cost‑effective supply chain that delivers on our mission and customer expectations.</p><p>This role is ideal for someone with strong multi‑site warehouse management experience, proven leadership capabilities, and a passion for operational excellence.</p><h3>What You Will Do</h3><h3>Operational&Strategic Leadership</h3><ul><li>Execute annual DC business plans aligned with company strategy.</li><li>Translate strategic objectives into operational plans across all regions.</li><li>Drive productivity, efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.</li></ul><h3>Warehouse&Logistics Management</h3><ul><li>Lead SAP integration for all warehouse logistics operations.</li><li>Ensure compliance with government platforms and regulatory storage standards.</li><li>Oversee inventory levels, stock health, and distribution continuity.</li><li>Optimize goods movement, loading operations, and transportation safety.</li></ul><h3>Performance&Process Improvement</h3><ul><li>Monitor and analyze operational KPIs (stock days, productivity, cycle time).</li><li>Identify bottlenecks and lead corrective actions.</li><li>Ensure accurate tracking of product codes, production counts, and expiry dates.</li></ul><h3>Compliance&Governance</h3><ul><li>Enforce adherence to corporate policies, internal controls, and legal requirements.</li><li>Support audits, training, and governance initiatives.</li><li>Lead and develop DC supervisors and operational teams.</li><li>Set clear KPIs, conduct appraisals, and build a culture of accountability.</li><li>Promote engagement, teamwork, and capability-building across all sites.</li></ul><h3>Education</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field.</li></ul><h3>Experience</h3><ul><li>5–7 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain operations.</li><li>Strong background in multi-site DC management.</li><li>Experience with SAP logistics modules (WM/EWM) is a strong advantage.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
