Job SummaryThe Manager - Recreation & Engagement leads the governance and delivery of recreational, leisure, and community engagement services within the Qiddiya Workers Villages. The role ensures structured activity programming, resident engagement initiatives, facility utilization governance, and contractor performance management to enhance resident well‑being, satisfaction, and community cohesion.Roles And ResponsibilitiesTo deliver a vibrant and resident‑focused recreation and engagement ecosystem that promotes well‑being, social interaction, and positive living experiences across all Workers Villages.Develop and implement the recreation and engagement strategy for all Workers Villages.Establish activity programming calendars, community initiatives, and resident engagement campaigns.Oversee recreational facility utilization, readiness, and service standards in coordination with Facilities Management.Manage recreation service providers and coaches/instructors, ensuring compliance with SOPs, KPIs, and contracts.Capture resident feedback and engagement metrics to drive continuous improvement.Ensure HSE and safeguarding compliance for all recreational and engagement activities.Support official visits, community events, and special programs as required.Key Deliverables And AccountabilitiesApproved recreation and engagement strategy and annual activity plan.Monthly activity calendars and participation reports.Resident engagement and satisfaction dashboards.Documented SOPs and governance framework for recreation services.Audit‑ready records for contractor performance and compliance.KPIs and Performance MetricsResident participation rate in recreation and engagement programs.Resident satisfaction (recreation and community activities).Facility utilization rate for recreation assets.Activity delivery compliance rate (schedule, standards).Incident rate related to recreational activities.Required Qualifications and CertificationsBachelor's degree in a relevant field (Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Sports/Recreation Management, or related).Professional certifications relevant to the role are preferred.Experience RequirementsMinimum 8 years of experience in recreation management, community engagement, hospitality, or residential services.At least 3 years in a managerial role overseeing multi‑site or contractor‑led services.Experience in workforce accommodation or community living environments is preferred.Technical and Professional CompetenciesRecreation programming and community engagement strategy.Contractor performance management and KPI governance.Facility utilization planning and service readiness.Resident feedback management and analytics.Event management and operational coordination.Behavioral CompetenciesLeadership and accountability.Stakeholder engagement and collaboration.Decision‑making under pressure.Integrity and professionalism.Continuous improvement mindset.Authority and Decision-Making LimitsApprove activity programs and engagement initiatives within delegated authority.Authorize corrective actions for service delivery failures.Escalate safeguarding or serious incident risks to senior leadership.#J-18808-Ljbffr
