ResponsibleforSobhainingacademyensuring employeestrainingandassessment.Ensuring/policingqualitycontrolparametersaremonitoredwiththeSobhaHartlandsitepremises.Responsibleforauditingof qualitysystemforalldepartments.Identifytrainingneedsinformthedepartmentheadsandcoordinatewiththeappropriatefunctionsfor fulfillingthetrainingrequirements.ActivelyparticipatinginQ& Tbriefingsandmeetings.ToprepareaQCPlan andensureimplementationduringtheprojectDecide how often/at stages inspection is to be carried out as per inspection and test plan incoordinationwithclient/consultant.Agreesubcontractorqualityplanwithsubcontractorandensurethecompliancewithsubcontractorqualityplans.Prepare inspection checklist for each major trade (to be submitted along with the methodstatementifapplicable).Carry out site walk together with project team on regular basis. Where required prepare listofdefectiveworksandissuesuchobservationstotheconcernedpersonincharge/appropriatesubcontractorwhereasignificantofrecurringnon-conformanceintermsofmaterialworkmanshiporperformance isidentified.Issue a non-conformance report (if any deviations) to the site team/sub-contractor andmaintaina log ofsuch non-conformance.Ensure/conductrandom inspectionofmaterialsdeliveredtosite.InchargeofcentralizedQA/QClaboratory.Ensure all tests are carried out as per specification or as agreed with the client/ consultant.Required Experience:Manager#J-18808-Ljbffr
