<div><p>At Julphar, we are on a journey of culture transformation&our mission is to provide a better quality of life for the entire family by delivering best in class solutions and real value with compassion and professionalism.</p><p>Our core values: Respect, Collaboration, innovation, Integrity and Compassion - Combined with a focus on diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunities - are key drivers in our aim to make a positive impact on the lives of the patients we serve, enable Talents , create a healthy work environment, and accomplish our goals through world-class research and with the compassion and commitment of our employees.</p><h3>Safety Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Ensure team adherence to EMS and HSE requirements through monitoring, training, and guidance.</li><li>Lead incident investigation, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective/preventive actions.</li><li>Drive departmental initiatives for environmental performance improvement and HSE culture.</li></ul><h3>Quality Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Ensure all production and packaging activities are performed in compliance with cGMP, GDP, and data integrity (ALCOA++) principles.</li><li>Review and verify BMRs/BPRs, logbooks, and process records for accuracy and completeness.</li><li>Coordinate line clearance, in-process checks, and documentation review with QA.</li><li>Identify and elevate deviations, support CAPA implementation, and ensure timely closure of QMS actions.</li><li>Maintain readiness for internal/external audits, self-inspections, and validation activities.</li></ul><h3>Supply Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Plan and execute daily and weekly production and packaging operations to meet approved schedules and campaign targets.</li><li>Monitor OEE, yield, downtime, and material utilization, ensuring effective resource deployment.</li><li>Coordinate with Planning, Engineering, Warehouse, and QA to ensure material and equipment readiness.</li><li>Ensure manpower availability, effective shift handover, and continuity of operations.</li></ul><p>Contribute to continuous improvement projects aimed at productivity, waste reduction, and efficiency enhancement.</p><h3>Qualification / Functional Knowledge</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy.</li><li>10 Years experience in pharmaceutical industry.</li><li>Proficient in reading, writing and speaking of English Language</li></ul><p>We value people from different backgrounds.
