Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, the integrated resort will feature 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and a five‑star spa, all set on a picturesque island curving into the Arabian Gulf.About The PositionWynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a strategic and well‑connected Manager, PR & Communications (Russia) to lead and own the resort’s public relations strategy for the Russian market as part of the Marketing Communications team. This role will be responsible for driving brand visibility, reputation, and relevance across Russia while ensuring alignment with global brand positioning and commercial objectives.The Primary Duties And Responsibilities Of This Role AreMarket Ownership & StrategyLead the development and execution of the Russia PR strategy in line with global brand positioning and commercial goalsLocalize messaging to ensure cultural relevance while maintaining brand integrityIdentify white space opportunities to position the resort within the Russian luxury travel landscapeAlign PR strategy with paid media, social, and digital amplification effortsOversee PR strategy and execution across assigned secondary markets (TBC), ensuring alignment with global positioning while adapting to local cultural and media landscapes.Agency & Budget ManagementManage and direct the appointed Russian PR agency, ensuring strategic clarity and measurable outcomesOversee agency retainers, scopes of work, and performance accountabilityManage allocated PR budgets effectively and responsiblyMedia, Influencer & Celebrity RelationsBuild and maintain strong relationships with top‑tier Russian media, influencers, celebrities, and key opinion leadersDevelop targeted media hosting and influencer strategiesSecure high-impact coverage in priority publications and platformsContent & Narrative DevelopmentLead development of Russia‑focused press materials and media assetsOversee translation and localization of global materialsSupport executive messaging tailored to Russian audiencesEnsure narrative consistency across earned, owned, and shared channelsLaunch & Event CommunicationOwn PR strategy and execution for Russia around key milestones including:Pre-opening announcementsOn-sale launchGrand OpeningBrand partnershipsLead Indian media invitations, hosting, and coverage planningCrisis & Reputation ManagementSupport development and execution of crisis communication strategies relevant to the Russian marketMonitor media sentiment and geopolitical developments impacting brand positioningProvide proactive risk assessments and mitigation recommendationsInternal & Stakeholder AlignmentPartner closely with Marketing, Sales, and OperationsSupport reporting to ownership and senior stakeholdersEnsure Russia activity aligns with broader commercial prioritiesPerformance MeasurementTrack and report on share of voice, sentiment, reach, and brand perception in RussiaReport media coverage for Russia, secondary markets, and selected business unitsAbout YouThe idea l candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:Professional working proficiency in EnglishNative or near‑native fluency in Russian (written and spoken)Minimum 5–8 years’ PR experience within luxury, hospitality, travel, lifestyle, entertainment, or adjacent premium sectorsExperience in pre‑opening or large‑scale launch environments preferredThis role is ideal for someone who already holds established relationships with tier‑one Russian media, editors, influencers, celebrities, and luxury opinion leadersAbout Wynn Al Marjan Island’s BenefitsWe offer an attractive salary, paid in Dirhams (AED), the local currency of the UAE.
