With a strong pipeline of opportunities and a nimble investment process, the team is actively deploying capital across a wide range of sectors and geographies.</p><p>They are now seeking a Senior Investment Professional to join the team and play a key role in the sourcing, execution, and management of private equity investments.</p><h3>What The Job Involves</h3><ul><li>Leading the evaluation and execution of private equity investments across co‑investments and fund investments</li><li>Sourcing and assessing investment opportunities across global markets</li><li>Conducting financial analysis, valuation work, and commercial due diligence</li><li>Leading transaction processes and coordinating with advisors and investment partners</li><li>Preparing investment committee materials and presenting investment opportunities internally</li><li>Managing relationships with external managers, sponsors, and partners</li><li>Monitoring portfolio companies and fund investments</li><li>Contributing to the development and expansion of the firm’s global private equity portfolio</li></ul><h3>Who we are looking for</h3><ul><li>Senior investment professionals with experience in direct private equity investing</li><li>Must have experience of leading multiple private equity direct / co‑investments in North America / Europe</li><li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Willingness to be based in Abu Dhabi</li><li>Candidates should have a strong academic background from a leading university in finance, economics, business, or a related discipline</li><li>Low ego, team‑player</li></ul><h3>Job Details</h3><p>Role Level: Mid‑Level<br/>Work Type: Full‑Time<br/>Country: United Arab Emirates<br/>City: Abu Dhabi<br/>Company Website: https://www.PER-people.com<br/>Job Function: Finance<br/>Sector: Venture Capital and Private Equity Principals</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
