With a strong pipeline of opportunities and a nimble investment process, the team is actively deploying capital across a wide range of sectors and geographies. They are now seeking a Senior Investment Professional to join the team and play a key role in the sourcing, execution, and management of private equity investments. What the job involves Leading the evaluation and execution of private equity investments across co-investments and fund investments Sourcing and assessing investment opportunities across global markets Conducting financial analysis, valuation work, and commercial due diligence Leading transaction processes and coordinating with advisors and investment partners Preparing investment committee materials and presenting investment opportunities internally Managing relationships with external managers, sponsors, and partners Monitoring portfolio companies and fund investments Contributing to the development and expansion of the firm's global private equity portfolio Who we are looking for Senior investment professionals with experience in direct private equity investing Must have experience of leading multiple private equity direct / co-investments in North America / Europe Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Willingness to be based in Abu Dhabi Candidates should have a strong academic background from a leading university in finance, economics, business, or a related discipline Low ego, team-player #LI-OG1 You will be redirected to the company’s website – you must complete the application on their platform to apply.
