Currently live across the UAE and Saudi Arabia, offering thousands of products to customers in record time.noon’s mission: Every door, every day.What you'll do:Build data-driven scalable solutions to improve supply chain efficiencyMonitor key metrics, perform RCA, and prepare mitigation strategies if neededTake ownership of business metrics end-to-end - from extracting and exploring data, gathering hypotheses, building a structured analysis, to rigorously evaluating methods and resultsProduce trends and charts for performance monitoring & control on a daily, weekly, monthly basisImplement innovative strategies to improve rider operations and customer experience metricsEnsure adherence to SOPsWhat you'll need:Minimum 6 years of experience in a Logistics Planning or similar analytical roleGood analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/GSheetsGood communication and coordination skillsStrong analytical and statistical analysis skills to extract insights and recommendationsAbility to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirtyCapable of working in highly ambiguous situations comfortablyUnderstanding Logistics metrics and stakeholder managementAbility to accommodate flexibility in the work scheduleWho will excel?We’re looking for people with high standards, who understand that hard work matters.You need to be relentlessly resourceful and operate with a deep bias for action.We need people with the courage to be fiercely original.noon is not for everyone; readiness to adapt, pivot, and learn is essential.#J-18808-Ljbffr
