Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a dedicated Manager - Planning and Performance to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role is responsible for the oversight and management of planning and project controls for various large-scale development initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses a strong analytical mindset and is experienced in advanced project control methodologies, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will play a crucial role in the strategic planning and execution of major projects that align with Qiddiya's ambitious vision.Roles And ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement effective planning and project control strategies across multiple projects within the Qiddiya portfolioOversee the creation, maintenance, and analysis of project schedules using industry-standard softwareFacilitate project monitoring activities, ensuring accurate tracking of progress against agreed baselinesIdentify potential risks and develop mitigation measures to ensure project objectives are achievedProvide regular updates and detailed reports to senior management and stakeholders regarding project progress, risks, and costsCollaborate closely with various teams, including engineering, construction, and finance, to ensure integrated project deliveryEstablish and manage the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and ensure compliance with project controls proceduresMentor and lead the project controls team, fostering a culture of continuous improvementConduct lessons learned sessions and post-project reviews to capture insights beneficial for future projectsRequirementsBachelor's degree in civil engineering, Project Management, or a related field; a master's degree is advantageousMinimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in planning and project controls management within large-scale infrastructure projectsDemonstrated expertise in planning tools, particularly Oracle Primavera P6 or equivalent scheduling softwareStrong knowledge of project management methodologies, including risk management and earned value management (EVM)Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information clearlyStrong leadership and mentoring capabilities to guide a team of project control professionalsExperience in the entertainment, leisure, or infrastructure sectors is preferredRelevant certifications such as PMP or equivalent are highly desirableBenefitsOffering a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.#J-18808-Ljbffr
