This is your chance to take your career to the next level, take on larger responsibilities, and work with the best in the business.ResponsibilitiesRole 1: Managers in the specialized People & Change practice, with a focus on culture, experience, and transformation.Qualifications5+ years of experience in HR transformation, change management, employee experience design, culture design, or organizational effectiveness.Experience in organizational transformation projects within the GCC region preferred.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into strategic recommendations.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is essential.Willingness to travel across Saudi Arabia and the GCC as required.Current or previous experience in Tier 1 or Tier 2 consulting firms (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Strategy&, Kearney, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Accenture, or Big-4 advisory arms like Deloitte, EY-P, PwC, KPMG, AON, WTW, Mercer) highly preferred.Why join this firmThis role offers an incredible opportunity to step into a higher-caliber environment where you’ll work on transformative initiatives that shape industries.How to applyInterested?
