As SeniorManager or Manager, you will take a leadership role in managing major projectsfor our prestigious clients. The ideal candidate will come from a background inconsulting and possess extensive experience in project management, stakeholderengagement, and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.ResponsibilitiesLead theplanning,execution,monitoring,and closing phases of majorprojects,including handling client relationships,coordinatingbetween advisory teams.Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans,schedules,andtrackers.Effectively manage projectresources,budgets,and timelines.Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.Ensure clear and timely communication with allproject stakeholders,including clients,team members,and otherexternal partners.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams toachieve project objectives.Provide regular status updates and reports tosenior management.Foster strong client relationships throughexcellent stakeholder management.Drive continuous improvement and best practices inproject management.Build and maintain strong relationships withclients at all levels,from senior management to project teams.Understand and meet the client's needs andexpectations.Manage client expectations and keep them informedof project progress and any challenges.Resolve client issues and concerns promptly andeffectively.Coordinate the work of different advisoryconsortiums,including financial,technical,and legalworkstreams.Ensure that all workstreams are aligned and workingtowards the same goals.Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise betweenthe workstreams.Lead drafting key deliverables for public sectorprojects,including business cases,financial/VFM models, and projectdocumentation.Ensure that all deliverables are of high qualityand meet the requirements of the client and the relevant governmentauthorities.Coordinate with the client and other stakeholdersto ensure that all necessary information is collected and submitted in a timelymanner.Develop and issue tender documents.Manage the tender process and evaluate bids.Skills and QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field; MBA/CA orrelevant advanced degree is advantageous.Minimum 5 years of experience in real estateconsulting.Proven track record of success in delivering largeand complex projects in Saudi Arabia.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong problem-solving and decision-makingabilities.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced anddynamic environment.Strong leadership and team management skills.Understanding of regional business culture andregulations.Language: Bilingual Arabic and English.Certifications and Licenses: PMP desired.About CompanyKnight Frank LLP is the leading independent global property consultancy.
