About the opportunityWe are seeking a strategic and results-driven Manager Marketing CRM to join our organization in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will oversee the development and execution of comprehensive CRM marketing strategies that drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth. You will lead a team of marketing professionals, manage marketing technology platforms, and leverage data-driven insights to optimize customer experiences and campaign performance.Develop and implement CRM marketing strategies aligned with organizational objectives and customer lifecycle goalsManage and optimize CRM platforms (Braze) to ensure effective customer data management and segmentationLead, mentor, and supervise the marketing team, providing guidance on campaign execution, performance metrics, and professional developmentDesign and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns including email marketing, marketing automation, and targeted customer communicationsAnalyze customer data and marketing performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimizationCreate and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and strong return on investmentDevelop customer segmentation strategies and personalized marketing initiatives to enhance customer engagement and retentionCollaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, customer service, and product to align CRM initiatives with broader business goalsConduct A/B testing and performance analysis to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and customer targetingGenerate comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate marketing performance, insights, and recommendations to senior leadershipStay current with industry trends, emerging marketing technologies, and best practices in CRM managementWhat you need to be successfulProven experience (5+ years) in CRM marketing management or similar marketing leadership roleAdvanced proficiency with CRM platforms such as Braze, Iterable, Customer.io, MoEngage, CleverTapStrong expertise in marketing automation, email marketing, and customer segmentation strategiesDemonstrated experience with analytics tools including Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar platformsSolid understanding of customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing principlesExperience managing marketing budgets and demonstrating strong financial acumenProven track record of leading and developing high‑performing marketing teamsStrong analytical and data interpretation skills with ability to translate insights into actionable strategiesExcellent project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneouslyProficiency in performance marketing and A/B testing methodologiesOutstanding written and verbal communication skills with ability to present to executive stakeholdersExperience with marketing technology stack integration and optimizationFamiliarity with Agile marketing methodologies is preferredBasic SQL or data query knowledge is a plusStrong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking mindsetWho we aretalabat is part of the Delivery Hero Group, the world’s pioneering local delivery platform, our mission is to deliver an amazing experience—fast, easy, and to your door.
