Manager-Legal (Plotted)

Handle/Follow up on Court cases, as and when required. Coordinate with other departments within the organization to get timely information / documents that required for any court proceedings. Collaborate with external Advocates to manage litigations of the organization pending before various courts of law including RERA, Consumer Forums, Civil Court, High Court, Supreme Court.
