Job Description

Job DescriptionThis role leads SEHA’s charity and public relations strategy by managing donor relationships, building new partnerships across government and public sectors, and ensuring charity initiatives align with patient and organizational needs. It oversees the planning, execution, and performance evaluation of charity programs and public engagement activities while ensuring strong governance, compliance, and reporting. The role also supports communications to enhance SEHA’s reputation and drives initiatives that strengthen the overall impact of charity and partnership programs.ResponsibilitiesManage end ‑ to ‑ end relationships with existing donors and philanthropic partnersMaintain structured engagement plans to strengthen donor retention and contribution levelsHandle sensitive donor and financial information with strict confidentialityLead SEHA’s overall charity and public relations strategy to support patient access and community engagementAlign initiatives with clinical, finance, and operations teams to support organizational prioritiesSupport communication plans that enhance SEHA’s reputation with public and government stakeholdersIdentify, evaluate, and secure new partnerships with government bodies and public sector organizationsBuild structured outreach strategies to attract new donors and expand funding sourceDrive initiatives that increase financial contributions and long ‑ term strategic valuePlan, coordinate, and implement charity campaigns and community outreach initiativesEnsure all activities are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with patient and organizational needsManage cross‑functional collaboration with internal teamsTrack key metrics including funds raised, partnership outcomes, and patient impactDevelop dashboards, reports, and presentations for senior leadershipEvaluate the impact and effectiveness of charity initiatives and recommend improvementsMaintain strong governance and documentation across all charity‑related activitiesEnsure compliance with SEHA policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standardsOversee proper approvals, record‑keeping, and audit‑ready documentationQualificationsRequired:Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering or in a relevant technical discipline OR Diploma in relevant field with 3 years of additional experience6-8 years of relevant experience in a similar industry with minimum of 5 years in managerial roleProficiency in English languageMS Office and computer proficiencyStrong analytical and problem‑solving skillsAbility to meet goals and deadlinesGood communication skillsDesired:Master's degree or equivalent in Engineering or in a relevant technical disciplineExperience in a large healthcare facilityProficiency in Arabic LanguageAbility to deal with multiple issues simultaneously (multitask) and move them all towards resolutionAbout UsAbu Dhabi Healthcare Company (SEHA) is the largest and most comprehensive healthcare network in the UAE that was established in 2007 with the objective of operating all public hospitals and clinics across the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.SEHA is committed to delivering world‑class healthcare services using the most advanced diagnostics and systems across its network of public healthcare centers and hospitals in addition to partnering with global leaders in healthcare, including world renowned organizations such as the Mayo Clinic.About The TeamSheikh Khalifa Medical City (SKMC) is a flagship tertiary hospital in the UAE and the largest teaching medical center in Abu Dhabi.
