As a Manager, the primary responsibility is to plan, organize and direct operational activities of our organization. This includes developing strategies and objectives, setting performance targets, allocating resources, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Manager should also be able to assess performance of team members and provide constructive feedback and advice.The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to create a positive working environment by motivating staff. The ideal applicant should have the ability to think strategically and analytically in order to identify problems and develop solutions.
