Manager - IT BRM Master Development

We are currently seeking a dynamic Senior Manager - IT BRM Master Development to lead our strategic initiatives in Business Relationship Management within our IT department. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of IT strategies that align with the overarching goals of the organization, facilitating collaboration between business units and IT.Key ResponsibilitiesManage relationships:Act as business agent in the IT, and advocate for interests of the business in IT.Build trust and strong relationship between IT and the Master Development businessUnderstand business needs:Co-define, refine and shape business needs, and anticipate business demandMonitor progress:Discuss IT project status with business stakeholders and share business feedback with the IT organizationRaise business technology awareness:Ensure business is aware of IT capabilities and services, and the latest emerging technology related trends that could positively impact the Development businessKey Skills:Stakeholder mgmt. & communication skills: Able to manage senior business stakeholders, facilitate discussions, committees and C-level reportingBusiness domain knowledge: Possess significant knowledge in the master planning, design, cost planning, and development managementTechnical domain knowledge: Have a strong understanding of IT systems relevant to Qiddiya Development business such as GIS, Project ControlsAnalytical skills: Able to convert requirements into IT solutions in optimal way and generate business-related insightsFunctional and process expertise: Able to shape business IT demand, articulate business technology roadmap and vision, develop business case; have experience in IT project mgmt. in relevant industry (e.g., construction, real estate, local government)RequirementsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferredA minimum of 10 years of experience in IT management, with at least 5 years specifically in business relationship managementExtensive experience in business relationship management, business/IT alignment, implementation of technology strategy and platformsProven ability to lead strategic IT initiatives and manage multiple projects effectively within a complex environmentExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels#J-18808-Ljbffr
