It seeks to lead the aviation industry by transforming Saudi Arabia into a global aviation and trade hub – a digitally native airline that will connect the kingdom to more than 100 destinations.About The RoleAre you passionate about optimising airline performance and driving commercial success?You’ll own inventory decisions, forecast demand with precision, and ensure every seat counts towards maximizing RASK, yield, and load factor.All while collaborating closely with Pricing, Network Planning, Digital, and Sales to align inventory actions with broader commercial goals.Importantly, you will lead and inspire a team setting clear expectations by fostering analytical excellence and commercial acumen.Additionally, you will deliver the passenger revenue budget for designated routes through managing demand forecast, execution of successful inventory strategies and flight optimisation.This position commands responsibility for conducting regular and detailed reviews of changes to market behaviors and booking patterns and applying appropriate demand influences to ensure consistency with trading conditions.You will navigate the skies of inventory management and cringe at the sight of an empty seat!About YouDegree qualified, you must demonstrate a minimum 7 year's experience in Revenue Management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.You are expected to demonstrate success in inventory optimisation and revenue strategy within multiple airline environments.Critically, having strong analytical skills and proficiency in forecasting tools and inventory systems (e.g., PROS, Amadeus Altea, Sabre) is a plus.We’d love to hear from you even more if you have IATA certifications in Revenue Management and/or Pricing.This is your opportunity to shape the future of air travel.
