It seeks to lead the aviation industry by transforming Saudi Arabia into a global aviation and trade hub – a digitally native airline that will connect the kingdom to more than 100 destinations.</p><h3>About The Role</h3><p>Are you passionate about optimising airline performance and driving commercial success?</p><p>You’ll own inventory decisions, forecast demand with precision, and ensure every seat counts towards maximizing RASK, yield, and load factor.</p><p>All while collaborating closely with Pricing, Network Planning, Digital, and Sales to align inventory actions with broader commercial goals.</p><p>Importantly, you will lead and inspire a team setting clear expectations by fostering analytical excellence and commercial acumen.</p><p>Additionally, you will deliver the passenger revenue budget for designated routes through managing demand forecast, execution of successful inventory strategies and flight optimisation.</p><p>This position commands responsibility for conducting regular and detailed reviews of changes to market behaviors and booking patterns and applying appropriate demand influences to ensure consistency with trading conditions.</p><p>You will navigate the skies of inventory management and cringe at the sight of an empty seat!</p><h3>About You</h3><p>Degree qualified, you must demonstrate a minimum 7 year's experience in Revenue Management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.</p><p>You are expected to demonstrate success in inventory optimisation and revenue strategy within multiple airline environments.</p><p>Critically, having strong analytical skills and proficiency in forecasting tools and inventory systems (e.g., PROS, Amadeus Altea, Sabre) is a plus.</p><p>We’d love to hear from you even more if you have IATA certifications in Revenue Management and/or Pricing.</p><p>This is your opportunity to shape the future of air travel.
