OverviewTheManager – Integrated Product and Service Communicationsplays an important role in shaping how product and service messaging is shared both internally and externally. This role is responsible for creating clear, consistent communication that supports product launches, service enhancements, and innovation across the passenger experience. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the manager ensures that messaging is aligned, impactful, and reflects the organisation’s brand voice.ResponsibilitiesMessaging Strategy:Develop and lead communications that explain the vision, features, and benefits of new products and servicesContent Creation:Write, edit, and review clear and engaging messaging for various channels, including internal briefings, executive presentations, and marketing materialsStakeholder Alignment:Collaborate with design, product, and service teams to make sure communications are accurate, timely, and unifiedLaunch Support:Plan messaging and rollout materials for product and service launches across different departmentsBrand Consistency:Ensure all communications reflect the brand’s tone, values, and passenger experience goalsCommunication Materials:Develop talking points, FAQ, and reference documents to support leadership and frontline teamsSkillsExcellent writing, editing, and storytelling skillsStrong understanding of customer experience and brand messagingComfortable working with design, marketing, and product teamsAble to present complex ideas in a clear, easy-to-understand wayExperience with communication platforms and tools (e.g. CMS, Power Point, Adobe Suite)Able to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlinesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)At least 10 years of experience in product or brand communications, ideally in aviation, hospitality, or customer experience industriesBased in Qatar with a valid QID, or willing to relocate with eligibility to obtain oneJob ID: 13072503-114 VG
