Job Description Role Overview: As the BHR Manager at CRISIL in Pune, you will serve as the Core HR Business Partner (Core HRBP) and play a crucial role in implementing HR strategies to align with the organization's goals. Your main responsibilities will include overseeing the full HR lifecycle for assigned business units, focusing on talent management, employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and organizational development. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with business leaders to develop customized HR strategies that support organizational goals. - Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent alignment with business objectives. - Act as a trusted advisor on key HR initiatives such as employee engagement, performance management, and leadership development. - Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and ensure positive employee relations. - Implement engagement programs to enhance work culture and morale. - Manage conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans. - Lead the performance management cycle and support career growth discussions. - Drive talent management by identifying, developing, and retaining high-potential talent. - Conduct succession planning and skill mapping to build a strong leadership pipeline. - Utilize HR analytics to track trends, measure HR initiatives' effectiveness, and provide data-driven recommendations. - Monitor HR KPIs like turnover rates, engagement levels, and employee satisfaction to support business goals. Qualification Required: - Strong business and HR acumen with problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to influence and collaborate with various levels of the organization to achieve results.
