Manager - Finance Transformation

Job Description As a Senior Manager in the finance domain at our company, your role will involve leading client engagement teams in delivering transaction and transformation projects. You will support key client stakeholders and onshore partners throughout the process. Additionally, you will be involved in business development efforts, including client presentations, internal pursuits, and proposal creation in collaboration with Partners and Senior Leaders. Building and maintaining strong relationships with EY offices worldwide will be crucial, as you leverage regional practices and insights to enhance delivery. Moreover, you will be responsible for building and deploying high-performing teams for finance & accounting-related engagements, particularly in the finance technology domain. Demonstrating expertise in sectors such as TMT, CPR, Industrial & Energy, Life Sciences, and Health Care will be essential. You will play a vital role in bridging business and technology by translating strategic finance requirements into actionable technical roadmaps and scalable solutions. To excel in this role, you must meet the following qualifications: - Possess 10 -12 years of relevant work experience in digital transformation within the Finance & Accounting domain, with exposure to ERP/ BI systems used by finance professionals for accounting, reporting, and financial analysis. - Have a minimum of 6-9 years of experience driving digital transformation projects in reputable Global MNCs. - Demonstrate the ability to lead projects from both a technology and finance transformation perspective, ensuring alignment with end client business objectives. - Guide teams on digital projects focusing on Finance Functional areas and effectively communicate results to clients. - Exhibit familiarity with deep expertise in functional areas like R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A. - Possess excellent communication and presentation skills. - Have experience with three or more Finance technologies such as SAP, Workday, Oracle, Blackline, High Radius, etc. - Be well-versed in digital transformation principles, including product development and implementation. - Display willingness to mentor team members. - Showcase solid thoughtfulness, technical acumen, and problem-solving skills.
