Job Description Role Overview: You are a finance and advisory professional with over 10 years of experience, joining the team to focus on process improvement, data visualization, and benchmarking. Your role is crucial in supporting strategic decision-making through detailed analysis and close collaboration with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Develop dashboards and visualizations for key performance indicators (KPIs) using Power BI - Document and refine business processes and workflows using Visio - Analyze financial and non-financial metrics using APQC frameworks - Prepare visualizations based on benchmark data - Provide data-driven recommendations to support decision-making - Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather feedback and improve processes Qualification Required: - Strong proficiency in Power BI and Visio - Familiarity with APQC frameworks is preferred or required depending on the role - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong communication abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Additional Company Details: Grant Thornton INDUS comprises GT U.S. Shared Services Center India Pvt Ltd and Grant Thornton U.S. Knowledge and Capability Center India Pvt Ltd.
