We provide regulatory and reporting support and advice across all jurisdictions in international capital markets. We are looking for a manager to join the team to oversee capital markets clients and engagements in the MENA region.This is a high-profile role working with some of our most interesting clients and offers an exciting opportunity to significantly enhance your career. We are seeking CPA/CA/ACCA qualified accountants with significant audit or accounting advisory experience. This role will be based in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the candidate will support client engagements in the MENA region. Based on business need, travel will be a requirement.Your key responsibilitiesUtilizing your skills with auditsLeading and delivering technical accounting supportProject managing transactions and coachingCollaborating with audit team and client to determine a strategy that appropriately addresses the riskUnderstand client needs and expectations and ensure work is delivered timelyAdherence to the relevant internal EY policies and external regulatory requirementsBuilding your network internationallySkills and attributes for successColleagues and clients will look to you for guidance, so you’ll be a prominent professional when it comes to resolving complex issues. This will have a huge impact on those around you and help promote a positive work ethic.To qualify for the role, you must haveMinimum 5+ years of experience working with a consulting firm, in an audit or accounting advisory domainExperienced in conducting audits (PCAOB audit experience is a preference)CPA/CA/ACCA certificationExtensive knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP will be an added advantageExperience in providing services to clients undertaking capital raiseStrong management skills to lead teams, delegate appropriately, mentor, review performance and counsel employeesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsFlexibility and willingness to travel on short notice, as necessaryWhat we offer youAt EY, we’ll develop you with future-focused skills and equip you with world-class experiences.
