Legal Counsel

As an Investment Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting Credx’s private credit transactions and portfolio management. You’ll work with the investment team to analyze opportunities, assess risks, and ensure that each financing structure delivers value to both investors and SMEs.ResponsibilitiesConduct financial modeling, credit analysis, and due diligence on SMEs and corporates.Support the structuring of Shariah-compliant funds and financing solutions.Monitor portfolio performance, prepare investor reports, and track KPIs.Work with risk and compliance teams to uphold governance standards.Assist in market research and contribute to investment strategy development.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred).1–3 years of experience in investment banking, credit analysis, or asset management.Strong analytical, Excel, and financial modeling skills.Knowledge of Shariah-compliant financing is a plus.Excellent communication and report‑writing skills.Interested in joining our team?Let’s talk.
