Job Description
Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with executives to create and facilitate search strategies for leadership rolesHost executive candidates throughout the interview process ensuring they have an exceptional candidate experiencePresent market research to the businessManage all components of the pipeline and maintain data integrity, and proactively share updates with internal stakeholdersCreate innovative new candidate identification methods, engagement strategies and channels for executive recruitingProvide strategic guidance and support to deliver on executive talent needs.Conduct consultative intake calls, provide weekly status reports, assess risks/challenges, and drive solution-oriented resultsDirectly source your own talent while leveraging research for some positionsLeverage external market data, vendors, sourcing channels and the latest technology available to quickly build and maintain external talent pipelines.Manage the interview process (ensure qualified candidates are thoroughly vetted before presenting, ensure quick turn around on requests to schedule interviews, debrief with interview panelists, and provide timely feedback to candidates).Launch required assessments for candidates and conduct PAPI interviews where requiredCoach Senior Hiring Managers in best practice recruitment skills through one-to-one sessions as well as varying degrees of support required throughout entire process, including supporting actively at decision making point, and any compensation negotiations.Working to Diversity & Inclusion goals and strategies, with the ability to translate these into tangible results at executive levelCritical Skills & ExperienceExperienced in all aspects of executive search including market research, creative candidate sourcing, candidate generation, client management and offer/negotiationEffectively influence stakeholders and drive impact in a fast-paced environmentProblem solving experienceAbility to make data driven decisions using recruitment metrics to drive performanceAbility to juggle multiple projects & changing prioritiesExperience creating and executing sourcing strategies across a variety of disciplinesEffective communication and organizational skillsDemonstratable experience of working with senior executives and their teamsAbility to partner with and influence multiple key stakeholdersKnowledge of recruitment at Executive level across all APM marketsExperience delivering against diversity and internal hiring goalsDemonstrable evidence of delivering market mapping and talent pipelining for Executive rolesProven track record of using behavioural interviewing and assessments.Exceptional relationship building skillsAt KONE, we are focused on creating an innovative and collaborative working culture where we value the contribution of each individual.
