JOB TITLEEnterprise Risk Management (ERM) Manager | MAF Retail | Corporate Head Office, DubaiROLE SUMMARYThe role is responsible for developing procedures to ensure the effective implementation of the Enterprise Risk Management framework, collaborating with stakeholders to support risk identification, mitigation, and monitoring activities, performing macro-level risk analysis at the entity level, and preparing periodic reports for senior management and the Risk Committee.ROLE PROFILEImplement and embed the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework across the organization.Lead risk identification and assessment activities, including workshops and maintaining the risk register.Aggregate and analyze risks across countries/functions, escalating critical risks to senior management.Develop, monitor, and track risk mitigation plans and ensure timely execution.Perform macro-level risk analysis (e.g., Bow-Tie) to assess enterprise-wide risks and controls.Monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and provide regular reporting to senior management and the Risk Committee.Integrate risk management practices into business processes and recommend improvements/automation.Engage stakeholders, auditors, and cross-functional teams while promoting a strong risk‑aware culture.REQUIREMENTSMaster’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Audit, or a related field.5+ years of experience in Risk Management, Audit, or Finance roles.Strong knowledge of ERM frameworks (COSO, ISO 31000).Professional certifications preferred (CRMP, CERA, IRM, COSO ERM).Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with risk tools and data analytics.WHAT WE OFFERAt Majid Al Futtaim, we’re on a mission to create great moments, to spread happiness, to build experiences that stay in our memories for a lifetime.
