About the RoleKSIADC is seeking a Manager – Enterprise Solutions Management to manage enterprise systems operations and ensure they support business and airport operational needs effectively.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily operations of enterprise systems including ERP, HCM, Finance, and Procurement platformsEnsure system availability, performance, and reliability across all business functionsCoordinate with vendors and service providers for support, enhancements, and issue resolutionManage system upgrades, patches, and release deploymentsOversee system integrations between enterprise and airport systemsMonitor system performance and proactively resolve issues impacting usersLead testing activities including SIT and UAT to ensure system qualityEnsure compliance with IT governance, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirementsSupport business units in capturing requirements and translating them into system changesTrack and manage incidents, problems, and service requestsMaintain system documentation, processes, and user guidesSupport automation initiatives to improve operational efficiencyMonitor system usage and drive user adoption across departmentsManage small to mid-scale system projects and enhancementsReport on system performance, risks, and improvements to leadershipQualifications and ExperienceBachelor’s in IT, Computer Science or related field.7–10 years in enterprise systems.#J-18808-Ljbffr
