JOB TITLEManager - Enterprise Risk Management | Emirati Talent | Majid Al Futtaim Holding | FinanceROLE SUMMARYThe Manager – Enterprise Risk Management supports execution of the ERM framework across business units through risk assessments, monitoring, KRIs, and reporting. The role works closely with stakeholders to maintain risk registers, support governance forums, track risk appetite breaches, and deliver accurate, timely enterprise risk insights while strengthening risk culture.ROLE PROFILEExecute ERM framework, policies, and tools across assigned business unitsCoordinate and maintain enterprise risk registers with risk championsConduct risk workshops, interviews, and documentation reviewsAssess control effectiveness and support incident root-cause analysisMonitor KRIs, risk appetite indicators, and mitigation progressPrepare dashboards and materials for risk committeesMaintain ERM tools, databases, and reporting accuracySupport risk culture initiatives and coach junior analystsREQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Risk Management, Engineering, or related field3–6 years’ experience in ERM, internal audit, compliance, or risk analyticsStrong understanding of risk frameworks, controls, and governanceExperience with KRIs, dashboards, and enterprise risk reportingStrong documentation, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skillsCertifications (IRM, CRMA, CIA, PMP, CFE) advantageous but not mandatoryWHAT WE OFFERAt Majid Al Futtaim, we’re on a mission to create great moments, to spread happiness, to build, experiences that stay in our memories for a lifetime.
