It serves a broad range of clients both domestically and across the MENA region, including government entities, financial institutions, large corporates, and maintains strategic relationships with leading banks globally.We are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join our Business Enablement and Digital Innovation team at ADCB to work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in UAE banking.In this role, your key responsibilities include:To support the definition of the digital strategy for the Group, develop the strategic roadmap based on consolidated operational plans from key internal and external stakeholders, oversee its implementation and measure performance/progress to ensure all digital initiatives are delivered within agreed timeframes budgets and the expected benefits are realisedConduct market research and trend analysis, benchmarking best practice within leading Banks (locally and globally), brainstorming with clients and facilitating workshops with business units in order to stimulate the generation of new ideas for incorporation in the strategy/roadmapAssist and advise the Group’s senior management and the Digital Programme Office on the proposed strategy for assigned projects/verticals including enhancements and/or new initiatives and align to the overall ADCB digital strategy in order to obtain approvals and initiate implementationLead and advise Product Owners on delivery plans, evaluate digital and customer journeys and manage the delivery of the Group’s products in order to expand product offeringsEstablish ‘work cells’ to deliver against selected initiatives and define/activate the governance/mechanism to ensure a collaborative environment, optimal decision authorities and the successful delivery of a minimum viable productCollaborate with the IT Programme Management Office and the Digital Programme Office, work stream leads and business owners on assigned projects/verticals to identify key areas of improvement, assess, scope and prioritise change requests and support the development of business cases including costings, resource and timeline requirements in order to obtain digital and other relevant steering committee approval to planned initiativesWork with relevant business owners and work stream leads on any post implementation activity required for assigned projects/verticals to ensure the realisation of benefits (e.g. revenue/operational efficiencies etc.) according to approved business caseWork with delivery teams on assigned projects/verticals to identify potential risks, formulate mitigation plans and highlight major risks to the IT Programme Management Office and/or Digital Programme Office to ensure effective management and deliveryLead the Group’s Delivery Management team’s participation in the Bank’s Digital programmes, representing the division in meetings with the Digital Programme Office and Ecosystems Working Groups to ensure the division’s requirements and contributions are adequately representedThe ideal candidate should have the following experience:At least 6 years of experience in Banking or Financial Services delivering digital and/or change initiatives and projectsProject and change management expertiseRelease management skillsAbility to coordinate cross‑functional teams, including liaising with senior management and governance committeesAnalytical skills and financial understandingWritten and verbal communication skillsPresentation and facilitation skillsNegotiation and mediating skillsUnderstanding of product functionalities and capabilitiesWhat we offer:Competitive Salary.
