OverviewMoore JFC Group is looking for a strong Manager / Senior Manager-level technical resource to support the delivery of a large-scale Data Classification, Privacy, and Protection Program. The role will lead and support technical and techno-functional work across data discovery, data inventory, data flow mapping, Microsoft Purview and MIP alignment, classification and labelling design, privacy control implementation, governance instrumentation, risk integration, KPI reporting, audit readiness, and technical handover. This is a delivery-focused consulting role requiring someone who can translate regulatory, governance, and policy requirements into practical technical outputs, implementation-ready documentation, and stakeholder-led execution across business and IT teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead assigned technical workstreams across the DCPP program and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.Conduct and review data discovery, enterprise data inventory, PII identification, and end-to-end data flow mapping.Assess the current technology landscape and support alignment of Microsoft Purview, MIP, and related M365 controls (or any other client DCPP technology stack) to DCPP requirements.Support the development of data classification frameworks, labelling standards, sensitivity criteria, control matrices, and implementation guidance.Translate governance, privacy, and protection requirements into practical procedures, templates, trackers, and technical and operational instruments.Contribute to DPIA, risk, remediation, incident response, monitoring, and audit readiness activities.Facilitate workshops with IT, security, data owners, business teams, and control stakeholders.Prepare technical inputs for status reports, governance packs, milestone reviews, and steering updates.Review deliverables produced by junior team members and maintained strong documentation, QA, and traceability discipline.Support knowledge transfer, BAU handover, and operationalization of controls and monitoring mechanisms.Candidate ProfileManager: 7–10 years of relevant experienceSenior Manager: 10–14+ years of relevant experienceData classification, data protection, privacy, and information governanceDCPP tools (especially data classification and data privacy.
