Job Description In this role, your responsibilities will be:
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve fulfillment models, quote speed, and other business-related priorities.
- Design and implement top-down and bottom-up methodology to identify and prioritize high-impact improvement projects for the business, functions, and sites.
- Lead identified Continuous Improvement programs globally, ensuring successful completion, facilitating smooth handovers to business owners, and ensuring sustained improvements over time.
- Organize initial cross-functional team, lead kaizen/process-mapping event, project manage the team to make the change, and use data to track successful implementation.
- Promote a Continuous Improvement culture within the region by redefining lean tools and facilitating departmental/functional driven projects.
- Collaborate with department champions and leadership within the region on various improvement initiatives.
You are a strategic, action-oriented leader with a passion for continuous improvement and the ability to influence across functions. You excel in collaborative environments, driving impactful change through Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and/or Perfect Execution methodologies. Your leadership in high-visibility initiatives and complex problem-solving skills make you a catalyst for transformation.
For this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, IT, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Proven experience in lean and/or continuous improvement projects within a global or cross-functional environment.
- Ability to support and collaborate with regionally dispersed teams, driving and contributing to project execution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in identifying inefficiencies and proposing data-driven solutions.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and complex problems or scenarios.
- Proven experience influencing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage and influence stakeholders.
- High adaptability, innovative, and curious approach.
- Must be highly action-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to drive initiatives forward, overcome obstacles, and deliver measurable results in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
Preferred qualifications that set you apart:
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certifications, Certified Lean Practitioner, Kaizen Facilitator.
