<div><h3>Job Description</h3><p>To deliver TPA patient-centered services within clinical excellence covered network and provide quality medical care to ensure positive patient experience during their healthcare journey.</p><h3>Patient-Centered Service</h3><ul><li>Engage with inpatients and their families to swiftly address any hospital related concerns or issues.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support appropriate and effective treatment and care.</li><li>Ensure the consistent reporting of daily medical outcomes and notes for all patients.</li><li>Manage members and hospital staff feedback and provide resolution.</li><li>Identify possible issues and act proactively for solutions to avoid a negative impact.</li></ul><h3>Clinical Excellence</h3><ul><li>Oversee hospital medical services and adherence to clinical standards.</li><li>Monitor excellence in inpatient services to enhance clinical outcomes.</li><li>Identify negative impact and critical issues with Provider's Medical management as they arise.</li></ul><h3>Stakeholder Collaboration</h3><ul><li>Hospitals and support their professional development.</li><li>Collaborate with healthcare consultants and providers to align case management plans with contractual clinical pathways.</li><li>Ensure hospitals are compliant with the agreed standards of service delivery with Bupa.</li><li>Coordinate with hospital teams to ensure seamless patient care and address any challenges or issues that may arise.</li></ul><h3>Skills</h3><ul><li>Interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure.</li><li>Adaptability.</li><li>Time management.</li><li>Multi-tasking skills.</li><li>Complete work timely and accurately.</li><li>Strong understanding of clinical practices and healthcare operations.</li><li>Commercial skills.</li><li>Service oriented.</li><li>2 – 5 years preferrably in healthcare sector.</li><li>Bachelor’s Degree in MBBS/MD/DO.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
