Leveraging advanced technologies to comply with the tactical demands of the future, ADASI aims to be a world leader in building the next generation of autonomous capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesCAD Model Integrity – Verify that 3D models and MBD are consistent, properly detailed, and aligned with engineering intent and functional requirements. Ensure assemblies are free from clashes through interference/clearance checks.Validate 2D Drawings – Ensure all mechanical and aircraft drawings are thoroughly checked for accuracy, completeness, GD&T application, and compliance with design standards and specifications before release.Perform Tolerance Analysis & Fit Verification – Perform and validate tolerance stack‑up analyses to ensure proper fit, function, and manufacturability of components and assemblies.Standards and Design Principles Enforcement – Ensure all deliverables comply with established engineering standards, drafting conventions, and best practices in mechanical and aircraft design.Error Identification and Corrective Feedback – Detect discrepancies, inconsistencies, and design issues early, and provide clear, actionable feedback to designers to support timely corrections and continuous improvement.Configuration Compliance & Control – Confirm that all drawings and models adhere to configuration management requirements, including correct numbers, revisions, life cycle control, and traceability within the PDM/PLM systems.Education & ExperienceMust have 12‑15 years of experience in an aerospace/mechanical design environment.Working knowledge of CAD packages, Catia or SolidWorks.Working knowledge of PDM/PLM systems.Expert knowledge of Aircraft/Mechanical design.Expert knowledge of composite designs.Expert knowledge of Configuration Management.Thorough understanding of design principles.ADASI is an equal‑opportunity employer and is committed to diversity and inclusion.
