Leveraging advanced technologies to comply with the tactical demands of the future, ADASI aims to be a world leader in building the next generation of autonomous capabilities.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities :</h3><ul><li><b>CAD Model Integrity -</b>Verify that 3D models and MBD are consistent, properly detailed, and aligned with engineering intent and functional requirements. Ensure assemblies are free from clashes through interference/clearance checks.</li><li><b>Validate 2D Drawings</b>– Ensure all mechanical and aircraft drawings are thoroughly checked for accuracy, completeness, GD&T application, and compliance with design standards and specifications before release.</li><li><b>Perform Tolerance Analysis&Fit Verification</b>– Perform and validate tolerance stack‑up analyses to ensure proper fit, function, and manufacturability of components and assemblies.</li><li><b>Standards and Design Principles Enforcement</b>– Ensure all deliverables comply with established engineering standards, drafting conventions, and best practices in mechanical and aircraft design.</li><li><b>Error Identification and Corrective Feedback</b>– Detect discrepancies, inconsistencies, and design issues early, and provide clear, actionable feedback to designers to support timely corrections and continuous improvement.</li><li><b>Configuration Compliance&Control</b>– Confirm that all drawings and models adhere to configuration management requirements, including correct numbers, revisions, life cycle control, and traceability within the PDM/PLM systems.</li></ul><h3>Education&Experience:</h3><ul><li>Must have 12‑15 years of experience in an aerospace/mechanical design environment</li><li>Working knowledge of CAD packages, Catia or SolidWorks</li><li>Working knowledge of PDM/PLM systems</li><li>Expert knowledge of Aircraft/Mechanical design</li><li>Expert knowledge of composite designs</li><li>Expert knowledge of Configuration Management</li><li>Thorough understanding of design principles</li></ul><p>ADASI is an equal‑opportunity employer and is committed to diversity and inclusion.
