Job Summary / Main PurposeThe Business Development Manager will be responsible in strategizing & implementing the BD Strategy of Julphar, supporting the financial growth and development of the organization. The role holder should support the Business Development function by on ground execution of strategic goals and introduce new revenue‑generating opportunities.Responsible to analyzes product distribution needs and proposed effective and profitable distribution strategies. Initiates the registration of the brand in all countries, proposing forecasts, prices, and market shares, coordinate all relevant tasks to assure product registration. Also, follow up project status, update. Prepares periodic reports for the ongoing strategic projects and initiatives.The Business Development Manager will access the market as per the given strategic direction, by sourcing, screening, and evaluating new products and business prospects. The position also requires identifying and evaluating the new product targets, and to achieve competitive intelligence in the Company’s project areas.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness LeadershipStrategize in coordination with the HOD for the entire product line life cycle with specific strategy formulation, recommendations on major tactical activities to achieve qualitative and quantitative objectives, developing the appropriate toolsResponsible for sourcing, screening, evaluating, and leading new products and market accessBuild professional relationships with statutory authorities, governing bodies, distribution network, ensuring strategic advantage in respective countries to achieve business objectivesManages the contract negotiations and coordinate with all relevant functional teams the successful completion of the specific form of agreementProvides market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate product development ideasDrives increased revenue and profit to achieve the Company’s ambitious growthAnalyzes product distribution needs and proposes effective and profitable distribution strategiesInitiates the registration of the brand in all countries, proposing forecasts, prices, and market shares, coordinate all relevant tasks to assure product registrationFollow up project status, update; prepares periodic reports for the ongoing strategic projects and initiativesStrategic LeadershipConducts strategic and financial analysis that guide brands and its business development decisions including in‑licensing pipeline opportunities, commercial co‑promotion, and international opportunitiesWeekly/bi‑weekly update & analytics to the Head of Department & other relevant stakeholdersIdentifies new generic product development opportunities that support the corporate strategy through market and industry researchIncrease Customer Prescription/ Usage and create innovative programs for better Agent / Distributors management in the concerned geographyWork with relevant stakeholders in pursuing partnerships and licensing arrangements in the given country and regionMust showcase the ability in relevant soft skills including change management, continuous improvement, conflict resolution and consensus building activitiesPeople LeadershipContribute to high productivity and motivation of working team with the use of communication skills and cooperation; reach and realize Sales Target thru proper input to his teamStay up to date on job knowledge and also encourage team members to participate in educational opportunities, attending conferences and workshops, reading professional publications, maintaining a personal network and joining professional community organizationsDeliver proactive and effective communication related to improvement initiativesCollaborate with multiple teams to determine their challenges in hand and recommend solutionsMaintain and promote a teamwork environment with effective and clear communication amongst colleaguesMust be highly result oriented with strong sense of accountability & ownershipExcellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skillYou are a team player with a proactive and collaborative approach and enthusiastically manage stakeholders in good spiritCore CompetencyThe Business Development Manager must exhibit excellent character, integrity, and attention to detail, adhering to the highest standards of accuracy and precision in the execution of operational transactions, and exercising extraordinary care and due diligence in safeguarding the intellectual and other property of the companyA developing understanding of operational strategy, process and production management, financial and business reporting, and business technology is expectedVery strong relation building and a solution provider to business hurdlesExcellent interpersonal, communications, public speaking, and presentation skills with multitask and strong negotiationDemonstrated excellence in project management and effectively managing multiple projects/prioritie
