Job Description Manager Business Development (Flexible Lamination Adhesives) Locations: North / South / West India (3 Openings) Company: Leading player in the Adhesives & Specialty Chemicals sector Reports to: Regional / National Sales Head The Opportunity We are seeking three dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Managers to spearhead growth for our Flexible Lamination Adhesives division. This role is designed for technical-commercial experts who can navigate the complexities of the packaging and adhesives industry to drive high-value revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Strategic Growth: Develop and execute robust business development strategies tailored to the Lamination Adhesives market. Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive market research to identify emerging packaging trends, competitor moves, and new application areas. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term partnerships with key converters and corporate accounts. Full Sales Lifecycle: Lead business development projects from initial lead generation and technical trials to final deal closure. Revenue Ownership: Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining healthy margins. Reporting: Provide detailed market updates, sales forecasts, and performance reports to senior leadership. Candidate Profile Experience: 6+ years of proven success in Flexible Lamination Adhesives business development. Education: B.Sc or B.Tech in Chemical Engineering . Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of adhesive chemistries and their applications in the flexible packaging industry. Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and communication skills are a must. Age Limit: Up to 45 years. Compensation & Benefits CTC: 15-18 LPA (Flexible for the right candidate).
