Manager Bridges

Job PurposeTo lead design of Metro, PRT and Road bridges during DMP and subsequent Design Stages.Key AccountabilitiesScope writing and Technical Evaluation of Consultant/ Contractor selection.Has sound knowledge of Construction and Maintenance of major infrastructure, overseeing structural analysis, field inspections, safety and compliance.Stakeholder Management from feasibility to detailed design, ensuring projects meet quality, budget and schedule goals.Reviewing deliverables (reports, drawings), providing on-site construction support (RFIs, changes), and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.To lead complex bridges design and analysis of Metro, PRT, Pedestrian and Road bridges during DMP and subsequent Design Stages.Minimum QualificationBachelor’s degree in Engineering.Minimum of 15 years of proven Design and Site supervision experience.Proven leadership experience in managing multi-functional teams.Experience in large-scale projects or PIF-related environments is highly desirable.Design capability to lead tunneling design and site supervision works.Understanding of procurement lifecycle and contract management.Regulatory compliance and risk management acumen.Financial and commercial awareness (cost optimization & value engineering).Strong analytical, reporting, and dashboard oversight skills.Leadership, influencing, and change management skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
