Manager Bridges

<div><h3>Job Purpose</h3><p>To lead design of Metro, PRT and Road bridges during DMP and subsequent Design Stages.</p><h3>Key Accountabilities</h3><ul><li>Scope writing and Technical Evaluation of Consultant/ Contractor selection.</li><li>Has sound knowledge of Construction and Maintenance of major infrastructure, overseeing structural analysis, field inspections, safety and compliance.</li><li>Stakeholder Management from feasibility to detailed design, ensuring projects meet quality, budget and schedule goals.</li><li>Reviewing deliverables (reports, drawings), providing on-site construction support (RFIs, changes), and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.</li><li>To lead complex bridges design and analysis of Metro, PRT, Pedestrian and Road bridges during DMP and subsequent Design Stages.</li></ul><h3>Minimum Qualification</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.</li><li>Minimum of 15 years of proven Design and Site supervision experience.</li><li>Proven leadership experience in managing multi-functional teams.</li><li>Experience in large-scale projects or PIF-related environments is highly desirable.</li><li>Design capability to lead tunneling design and site supervision works.</li><li>Understanding of procurement lifecycle and contract management.</li><li>Regulatory compliance and risk management acumen.</li><li>Financial and commercial awareness (cost optimization&value engineering).</li><li>Strong analytical, reporting, and dashboard oversight skills.</li><li>Leadership, influencing, and change management skills.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
