<div><p>Execute Bupa brand Marketing strategy and positioning, supporting how the brand is perceived while building awareness and brand imagery.</p><p>Key Accountabilities:</p><h3>1-<b>Execute brand Strategies&Campaigns:</b></h3><ul><li>Execute the full year initiative master plan.</li><li>Execute the brand campaigns and communication across various channels driving awareness on Bupa Value Proposition</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency</li><li>Execute the campaign launch strategy with Marketing Communication, activation and media buying teams.</li><li>Support the Trade Team in Commercial activations (Client specific awarness)</li></ul><h3>2-<b>Measure&Report on Brand Performance:</b></h3><ul><li>Monitoring brand performance and brand perception metrics</li><li>Provide actionable insights and recommendation for improvement</li><li>Analyze the effectiveness of branding initiatives, making recommendations for improvement, planning future KPIs, and forecasting performance</li></ul><h3>3-<b>Execute Brand Guidelines:</b></h3><ul><li>Execute brand guidelines across all assets and communications</li><li>Deploy Bupa offices at hospitals and clients premises following our brand guideline.</li><li>Understand the Global Brand Guidelines and best practice</li><li>Review and evaluate all agency work to ensure compliance with the brand guidelines. Communicate with the agency as needed.</li></ul><h3>4-<b>Manage Budget&Agency:</b></h3><ul><li>Manage external agencies and vendors in development and execution of campaigns</li><li>Continuously track allocated budget and ensure budget utilization (without over or under spending)</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
