Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for an experienced Senior Manager - Asset Handover to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will oversee the handover process of assets to operational teams, ensuring that all aspects of asset management are effectively transitioned and that operational readiness is achieved for the diverse projects within Qiddiya. You will play a crucial role in developing strategies and processes that enhance asset performance, lifecycle management, and operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate and manage the handover process from construction to operations, ensuring all assets are delivered on time and meet quality standards.Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement comprehensive asset management plans that support operational needs.Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies related to asset handover and operational integration.Establish and maintain communication channels with stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout the handover process.Analyze asset performance data to inform decision-making and improve future handover processes.Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including handover checklists, condition assessments, and maintenance requirements.Train operational staff on asset-specific procedures, maintenance requirements, and safety protocols.Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to asset management and handover processes.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in asset management.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Asset Management, Project Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).Minimum of 10 years of experience in asset management, project handover processes, or related fields, preferably in large-scale construction or development projects.Solid understanding of asset lifecycle management and best practices in operational readiness.Experience in developing and implementing asset management strategies and processes.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess asset performance and operational risks.Exceptional communication and leadership skills to effectively engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.Ability to work concurrently on multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.Keen attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.Knowledge of industry standards and regulations governing asset management is advantageous.Offering a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.#J-18808-Ljbffr
